Rates, terms, and program restrictions apply, are subject to Risk Base pricing, strict file delivery dates, strict  appraisal guidelines, debt-to-income limitations, and subject to lender/mortgage insurance company designated "market" adjustments.  APR's are based upon a loan amount of $200,000 at 80% loan-to-value, purchase or rate/term refinance, owner occupied property, single family residence, full income documentation, no Discount points; 30-day lock period.  Minimum credit score requirements apply.
